Information Collected

ROW does not gather, use, or store any Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) without user permission and will not make any attempt to identify or model the behavior of individuals. Unless otherwise provided directly to us voluntarily, the only information we gather is non-identifiable information for the creation of aggregate metrics. This information is gathered automatically by this site and on our various social media accounts.
For (“the site”) we use Google Analytics to measure aggregate, anonymized traffic to the site. The data gathered includes only non-personally identifiable information, as stated.
For ROW’s social media accounts, we only gather aggregate, anonymized data on public comments, posts, reactions, and reviews. The data gathered includes only non-personally identifiable information, as stated.
Data from all sources consists of user counts by location, device or browser type, date, type of interaction, and source. To the degree that high-level demographic information is available, this will be used as well, though this will never include more than age and gender.

How We Use Information

The insights we generate from this are for ROW’s use only to understand the segments of the population that are using our platform, how they are using it, and how ROW can improve.
At no time will we sell or transfer any of the site analytics and social media insights we gather. Data will be kept within the organization, and steps will be taken to ensure it will not be collected by third parties.

ROW takes every reasonable precaution to protect this aggregate user data. Data is only stored when necessary and only on secure remote servers. Insights derived from this data are tightly controlled and not shared externally.

Any changes in our Privacy Policy will be prominently posted on the ROW website so that you are aware of any changes in the data we collect and how we use it. Be sure to check the effective date of the Policy.
